The Miz and Maryse, his girlfriend, were featured on Thursday’s episode of TMZ on TV. The former WWE Champion played up his heel character as he responded to a segment on a show last week where a reporter took a swipe at him.

The couple was spotted in Los Angeles, where Miz responded to TMZ’s reporter, Charles, saying one WWE star — The Miz — had to die in a scripted movie hunting down Osama bin Laden—this was days before bin Laden was actually killed.

“Really? Am I the Spencer Pratt of WWE, Charles? I’m going to shave Charles’s head next time I see him,” Miz said while Maryse tried not to laught. “His dreadlocks are going away. If I’m the Spencer Pratt of WWE — the one person that has to die if I go overseas — let me tell you, I’m shaving Charles’s head.”

Charles replied from TMZ headquarters that he was writing a script for a movie. “He should be lucky he even got a role in the movie,” Charles said.

I dunno about you guys, but the retirement of Edge has hit me hard. He was one of the reasons why I begun to watch WWE, so to hear that he’s retiring at such a young age has made me think a lot. Edge is 37- he could’ve died if he had continued to wrestle, and I wholeheartedly respect and admire his retirement. At least he knows when his body can’t take it anymore (hint hint Hulk Hogan. That’s your cue to leave.)

Now I want to do something special that unites fansites. I know that we all run specific websites to specific people, but at the end of the day, we’re all wrestling fans. We all have our favorite wrestlers, and one of mine has and always has been Edge. This is why I’m bringing forward the “Thank You Edge Project.” Yes the name is highly original, but the meaning behind it is what matters.

The aim? To collect as many messages as possible for Edge thanking him for his WWE tenure. You’ll only have one week to collect them because I have a plan. Next week, I plan on giving a BIG scrapbook to Edge’s best friend, Christian, to give to Edge as a way of showing our appreciation.

Just incase no one noticed on Maryse’s twitter, Maryse will be appearing on Dancing with the Stars tonight. Let’s hope they show her on screen sometime during the broadcast!

WWE Diva Maryse noted on Twitter last night that she was headed to Dancing With the Stars tonight to watch Chris Jericho insteading of appearing live on Monday Night Raw. It looks like WWE is sending Divas each week as Alicia Fox and The Bella Twins were there last week to cheer Jericho on.

There was a Divas promo that didn’t air on live TV where Maryse, Melina & Alicia Fox all had something to say and where Natalya, Eve Torres & Brie Bella made their entrance. I just thought I’d post this for you all since so many people have been wondering the status of the Diva Focus shoots. In my opinion I think WWE needs to keep both the Diva Focus & the Daily Diva cause with the shoots sometimes WWE forgets to feature most of the girls. We should all keep bugging Joey Styles to bring back the Diva Focus, but keep the Daily Diva!
