Kelly Kelly versus Eve Torres, and Gail Kim versus Maryse, Jillian Hall, and Alicia Fox in a Divas Pillow Fight

This match is being done under Texas Tornado Pillow Rules and everyone goes after Maryse for doing her pose. Then Jillian attacks everyone with clotheslines and pillow shots before howling. Kelly smothers Jillian with the pillow and hits the leg drop off the back for a near fall. Maryse with a DDT on Kelly but she only gets a two count. Eve and Gail with pillow shots followed by a Japanese neck breaker to Maryse. Alicia with a double clothesline to Gail and Eve. Gail hits Alicia with Eat Defeat and then Eve hits the flip leg drop on Alicia for the three count.

Winner: Eve Torres

Maryse versus Gail Kim in the Divas Tournament Finals

Gail with a waist lock and rollup for a near fall. Gail with a forearm but Maryse with an Irish whip but Gail goes to the apron to avoid Maryse. Gail with a running clothesline for a near fall. Gail with a forearm and kick followed by a European uppercut. Gail with an Irish whip and running cross body into the corner. Gail is sent into the ring post but Gail tries for Eat Defeat but Maryse holds on to the ropes. Maryse gets a near fall and then she tries for the DDT but Gail with a rollup for a counter and a near fall. Gail misses a charge into the corner but Gail with a kick. Gail misses a cross body but Maryse cannot take advantage because she is down. Gail with an inside cradle for a near fall. Gail with an elbow and then she tries for a victory roll but Maryse hot shots Gail and hits the DDT for the three count.

Backstage: Gail Kim runs into Maryse backstage, who of course talks in French. She translates for herself, saying great things about Kim. Kim says something in French, revealing that she knows Maryse is trashing her in French. She says tonight she’s going to beat Maryse, before walking off.

Finals of the Divas Championship Tournament – Maryse vs. Gail Kim

Maryse and Gail Kim are ready to go but… Excuse me, Vickie Guerrero is out to interrupt. She says it has come to her attention that the Raw Divas have had some disparaging comments about the Smackdown Divas, and being a Diva herself, she can say the best Divas are on Smackdown. Further, since she’s the only Diva that has authority in the building, she’s postponing the match, and turning this into a tag-team match. Maryse and Gail Kim will have to team up against Michelle McCool and Layla.

Gail Kim and Maryse vs. Layla and Michelle McCool

Kim and Layla start things off with Kim hitting a couple of quick arm drags and locking in an arm bar. Kim hits a couple of forearms, but Layla blocks a hip toss and turns it into a pinning predicament. Layla charges Kim in the corner, but Kim is able to avoid it and score a near fall of her own. Maryse goes after Layla, and the referee is distracted, allowing McCool to knock Kim off the apron with a big boot. Layla makes the tag, and her and McCool connect with a double baseball slide. Back in the ring, McCool goes for the pin, and when she can’t get it, she slams Kim’s head against the mat and locks in a rear chin lock.

McCool hits a series of knees to Kim’s back, but when she tries for a back body drop, Kim kicks her in the chest and hits a bulldog. Kim starts crawling to her corner, but she pie-faces Kim into McCool who hits a clothesline. McCool hits the Faithbreaker, and rolls it over into the pin.

Winners: Layla and Michelle McCool

After the match, McCool and Layla stare down Maryse, who backs off. Maryse then makes her way back into the ring, and hits the hair flip DDT on Kim.

After the match between Gail Kim & Katie Lea, Maryse comes out and she applauds Gail’s performance before returning to the back.

Maryse is at the announce table to talk about stuff while the match goes on. They also announce the Divas Championship match for the vacated title at the Elimination Chamber PPV in 2 weeks.

Match Number Three: Jillian Hall versus Gail Kim

They fall out of the ring and Jillian sends Gail back as she gets a near fall. Jillian with an Irish whip but Gail goes to the turnbuckles but Jillian pulls Gail off and gets a near fall. Gail with the shoulder breaker and she gets the three count.
Winner: Gail Kim

After the match Maryse comes into the ring to congratulate Gail and she says that she is looking forward to her match in two week and she wants to have her best match against Gail. Maryse speaks in French and then wishes Gail luck. They shake hands and then Maryse tells her that may the best Diva win.

Backstage Kelly Kelly is telling Gail Kim she deserves the Divas Championship. Maryse approaches and tells Gail that she doesn’t want to act like Michelle McCool, Layla and Mickie James have been acting on SmackDown, she says lets show them what real grown-up women can do. Gail agrees to it, Maryse says something in French and walks away, Gail and Kelly look puzzled.

In other news the Divas Championship Match that was speculated did not take place tonight, looks like WWE is actually taking the time out to build up a Maryse & Gail storyline which is great news!

We are back and Maryse is on the mics. She giggle and then she say the other Diva with their little championship dreams, they are wasting their time. She starts to talk in French but it is interrupted by Dule Hill messing with the pyro. Maryse does not appreciate being interrupted. Dule apologizes and tells Maryse to continue. Maryse does not accept the apology and then she returns to the French.

Match Number Three: Maryse versus Eve in a Divas Tournament Semifinal match

They lock up and Maryse with a forearm but Eve with punches and kicks. Maryse with a punch but Eve with her unique drop kick for a near fall. Maryse with a forearm but Eve with a kick and then she sends Maryse to the mat by the hair. Eve with a flip senton for a near fall. Eve with a clothesline into the corner followed by a slam. Eve goes up top but she misses a moonsault when Maryse rolls out of the way. Maryse sets for the DDT but Eve with a Northern Lights suplex for a near fall. Maryse holds on to the ropes and Maryse with a kick and a DDT for the cover and the three count.

Winner: Maryse

After the match, Maryse has to do two poses because her hair was not in the proper position.

Match Number Four: Maryse and Alicia Fox versus Gail Kim and Eve

Gail and Maryse start off and Gail with a rollup for a near fall. Gail with an Irish whip and cross body into the corner. Gail with a missile drop kick for a near fall. Alicia pulls Gail by the hair but Gail hits Alicia and Maryse sends Gail to the floor. Alicia attacks Gail on the floor and rolls Gail back into the ring. Maryse with a forearm and then she hits a back breaker for a near fall. Alicia tags in and Gail with an elbow but Alicia with the tilt-a-whirl back breaker for a near fall. Alicia misses the ax kick and Eve tags in and she hits a forearm and kick while Maryse poses. Eve with an Irish whip but Eve hits a few drop kicks followed by a clothesline. Eve with a flip senton for a near fall. Alicia runs into an elbow and Eve hits a rolling cross arm breaker from the turnbuckles and Alicia taps out.

Winners: Eve and Gail Kim .

We are back and Maryse is at the announce table to see who she will face in the next round of the Divas tournament. Eve Torres vs Katie Lea Burchill in a Divas Tournament First Round Match

Katie with a near fall and then she works on Eve’s back. Eve tries for a cross body and Katie catches her and hits a uranage back breaker for a near fall. Eve with a kick to Kaite and then she hits a clothesline for a near fall. Katie with a knee and forearm but Eve with a kick and drop kicks. Eve with a flip leg drop but she lands on Katie’s knees and Katie gets a near fall. Eve with a rollup for the three count.
Winner: Eve

After the match, Eve goes to the floor in front of the announce table and Maryse tells Eve to ‘talk to the hands’. In the semifinals, it will be Eve versus Maryse and Gail Kim versus Alicia Fox.

They lock up and Maryse quickly goes to the ropes to fre herself. Brie grabs her and takes her to the corner and chokes her out with her leg. She then starts swinging her around by her hair, followed by a dropkick. Maryse rolls to the outside, but Nikki Bella takes her head and bounces it off the announce table. Cover attempt, but a two count. Maryse takes over offense after grabbing Brie’s hair and slamming her down. Pin, but two count. As the ref gets distracted, Nikki rolls in to the ring and switches out with Brie. It didn’t help though as Maryse hits the French Kiss and gets the three count. (The replay shows Maryse seeing the switch, so she wasn’t fooled).

Winner: Maryse

After The Match: The Miz comes out as Maryse is walking back up the ramp. He tells Maryse that if she wins the tournament, he might actually call her back. He says he has to go now and scout his next opponent, but first, he’s been hearing her say that 2010 is the year of Maryse. He wants to make clear that this year, this decade, every year going forward…it belongs to him because he’s the Miz and he’s awesome. Miz joins the announce booth as MVP will be facing Jack Swagger and two others in a Fatal Fourway Match next.

Kelly out in a two piece red outfit. Video from last week’s Diva Tag Match where Melina helped Kelly win the match. Maryse out in browns and her long black coat.

Maryse taunts Kelly who jumps right in and flips Maryse hard. Kelly slams Maryse’s head to the mat hard. Maryse reverses it to gain control. Kelly comes back with a clothesline and dropkick. cross body off the corner by Kelly for two. Maryse into a corner. Kelly tries for her flipping back elbow, but Maryse moves. Kelly up on the corner and Maryse slams her down. Maryse plans Kelly on the mat with a hard DDT for three.

- Winner: Maryse

Maryse celebrates. Video of high points in the match. Maryse grabs a mic and asks Melina if she’s watching, of course she is. Then Maryse speaks French. Maryse says Melina will never be as sexy as her. They both know Maryse is the next Divas Champion. Then more French. Maryse then kicks Kelly in the ribs before leaving the ring.
